Mixing It Up

I decided to cut back my Wednesday's at One-To-One. I'd rather go to the track workout on Wednesday nights with the Road Runners --- and they are cheaper. Bonus!

I think Tom was bummed when I cancelled my Wednesdays through August. Oh well. He'll live.

I had a nice workout with Sydney tonight. Focused just on upper body and core in order to give my legs a break in advance of tomorrow night's run out of Gateway.

Sydney stretched me out really well afterwards and I feel great. No IT Band soreness at all this week.
