
I had a nice work-out today at One-To-One.
My IT Band soreness has gotten much better since I started icing and using The Stick. What a nice discovery!
I had Tom show me how to use the foam roller, as well as some nice dynamic stretches that should help with any future soreness.
Wowzers...I hope that I don't end up learning first hand about all these injuries while on this path to the 10-miler.
