The loop

I knocked out 3.2 miles today by doing the loop vs an up-and-back.

I decided to follow my regular neighborhood path, but instead of turning around for an "up-and-back", I looped back onto Route 1.

As I got closer to "the hill" I kept wondering if I was going to turn off early and head back through the neighborhood vs trying to tackle the hill.

I decided "what the hell" and headed for it. I made it...and that is the most important thing!

My endurance, heart rate and breathing are so much better and were pretty relaxed. Hopefully the rest of me holds together!

The few things that are not so cool about heading around Route 1: all the cars and their exhaust, the smokers lingering on the sidewalks (yuck!) and having to run by Five Guys and being overcome by the smell of greasy fries!
