It's funny how different 24 hours can be. I was hating life yesterday --- sore, queasy and miserable.
After a good night's sleep and some stretching I felt much better.
I planned to swim this morning, but at the last minute decided to follow my Tri training log and instead get in my 45-min recovery run around the lake by my house. I'm really trying to keep my Tri coaches' advice in my head --- do it slow and don't over train. With that in mind, my run felt great. Nice way to start the week.
