Maybe I need a visitor's badge

I've been away from the gym for so long.  I took some time off, got a bit lazy and was saving $$ by working out alone.

I had a good workout with Sid tonight.  I surprisingly had not lost as much strength as I thought.  Glad to to get some time in before the winter training program starts this Saturday.  I heard we are doing 6 miles the first day.  Ouch.  What happened to easing back into it??
