The weather may have turned delightful, but my run tonight blew.
It wasn't that I was tired. My poor run was some combination of maybe over-working my core on Monday at the gym, trying to keep good posture on Wednesday at track practice which put pressure on my core and maybe being a bit hungry. My stomach muscles seemed sore.

I didn't want to overdo it today so I only did 2.5 miles. Lame! Since we have 10 miles in our near future, I definitely wanted to get some rest.
I do think my internal schedule got screwed up by running my long run on Sunday vs. Saturday. I usually use my Sunday run as a recovery run. Instead, I didn't run last Thurs, Fri or Sat and then jumped right into the long run on Sunday.
