Getting ready to peak

Tomorrow is the big day.  We are peaking at our max mileage tomorrow.  The goal is to knock out 11 miles tomorrow.

I have been told to try and do 12 miles tomorrow by coming in early and knocking a mile out before our group run.  The goal is to get closer to the half-marathon distance so that I will be able to survive the race in Baltimore.  Getting nervous about that one.

Better urn in and get some sleep.
