Snacking is good

I missed the regular Tuesday night run due to a conflict relating to our home remodeling project. I ended up completing a 3.1 mile run through the neighborhood instead.


The run was relatively uneventful other than a disappointing run up the hill. I was tired and definitely felt the effect of not having a snack before heading out. I faded as I got halfway to the top and had less energy to sprint the final leg home.

Lame! Better luck next time.
