After yesterday's distance and bone-chilling temps, I decided a slow, steady and short approach was just what the Dr. ordered. More importantly, after yesterdays debacle with the Garmin I needed to test it out.
I ended up doing a slow 2 mile jog down the path. My Garmin worked. What a cool little gadget.
This winter running thing is tough. When your muscles are numb and barking at you to just stop already...it's hard to just keep putting one foot in front of another.
