A bit sore

I feel a bit banged up after the JFK 20k. Nothing too serious, but I was a bit worried I may have a mild ankle sprain. I can easily walk and keep weight on the ankle. It just feels a bit off. I've been icing it regularly, which should help.

I decided to rest for the last few days. I went to the gym this evening to do an alternate cardio workout. I decided to test my foot by running 2 miles too. It felt ok. Not perfect, but not bad. I'm curious as to how this will all play out.
