Back to the great indoors

I feel as if it has been awhile since I've been to the gym. Dropping a day and not being around last week has thrown my schedule off.

Today was fine. Lots of lower body, abs and cardio. All my favs, but not terribly eventful. The only item of note is that I did my personal best on the leg press today. I killed one set at 200lbs and one set at 230lbs. I amaze myself sometimes. Load them up...that should help with the hills in my future!

I recently discovered what my chart says. It says that I am incredibly bubbly and fun...but all trainers should be cautious to not get off track. I like to kid around, but it also says that I like to be constantly challenged and don't like screwing around. So true!
