Tonight I made it out to Tuesday night run. The good news about tonight is that despite being completely low energy I somehow was able to keep running...and courtesy of Coach K I finished sub-10. Wowzers. I didn't expect that after the day I've had.
It really is incredible how much more dedicated I was last year training for Army. I came to the regular workouts and I did my mileage during the week on my own. I was so fresh-faced and bushy-tailed.
This year I'm a bit more blah. Not sure why, but it's kinda annoying to be so half-ass about my own running. I used to love-love-love every single second of the run.
I know that I have to push myself in order to be faster...and that's what I'm gonna have to do. Stop whining and start running.
