Got my swim on

Another night swimming laps at the pool. I love it. Each time feels better.

The pool was empty --- combo of Good Friday, Spring Break and hey....it's Friday night!!!
Tonight my workout involved some distance sets. I was happy to have swam a 500, 400, 300 and 200 --- that was the core of my workout.

Woo hoo! Don't get me wrong. I was tired, but was happy to have pushed myself.
