Each Saturday after my long run I treat myself to this magical beverage --- after a wintry run it's the perfect combo of warmth and sweetness that adds a pep to your step. It's a portable treat.
After Monday's workout with J. I was seriously feeling a bit weak (don't tell J. that or else he'll remind you that success is best measured by regular attendance) and the added metro and walk back to my office seemed a bit too much.
Enter the skinny vanilla latte. A couple sips made everything all better.
