Today was my first day back to Gateway for Tuesday Night Run in a heck of a long time. After the two weeks I've had it's a welcome sight to get back into a routine and away from a feeling a chaos.

We headed out for the usual 3-mile out and back. It was hot and muggy and gross. Welcome to summers in DC.

Looking forward to getting back into a regular routine.
