Nothing eventful...other than a realization that Nations is RIGHT around the corner. I need to get myself together.

This and That...CA Style
This week I was out in LA and Palo Alto for work. Though I drafted my gear out west I found myself only grabbing time on the treadmill vs finding a pool for a good workout or a bike to get some pedal-time in. Treadmill is better than no treadmill.
