I decided to give the treadmill a break today. I've been feeling pretty beat up recently with all the pounding. I decided to do some rowing instead. I've always enjoying rowing with my trainer and it was fun to do tonight.
I do worry that the workout really kinda sucks overall. I did 30 minutes on a higher resistance, but felt more of a strengthening vs a bit of cardio.
The good news is that my knees and feet feel great. No extra strain on them. The reality is that I really need to take up swimming again to alleviate all these problems...though not excited to pick up yet another activity or location to get my ass to during the week.
